Coloração da morfologia do esperma

A avaliação da morfologia do esperma é um procedimento padrão na análise do sêmen. O método Spermac Stain é simples, mas perfeitamente adequado para a investigação detalhada da morfologia de todas as partes dos espermatozóides.

 

Os esfregaços corados são avaliados sob luz direta e imersão em óleo (1000x).
